Restore ~1/2 mile section of Presidential Rail Trail to original non-motorized status

HB 1165 would restore the residential section of the Presidential Rail Trail in Gorham to its original non-motorized status.  It was amended so that OHRVs would still have access from downtown Gorham to the easternmost section of the rail trail, out of the residentially zoned neighborhood.  HB 1165 passed through the House Resource Recreation and Development Committee with a solid 18-2 vote.  Unfortunately, it was tabled  3/13/20 at 3:45AM, the 2nd to the last bill to be voted on in a House session that ran over 17 hours long.
