The NH Department of Natural and Cultural Resources is hosting this webinar about ‘Available Funding Opportunities for Outdoor Recreation Projects in NH.’ This webinar will highlight federal funding opportunities available through the Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF<https://www.nhstateparks.org/about-us/community-recreation/land-water-conservation-fund-grant>) and the Recreational Trails Program (RTP<https://www.nhstateparks.org/about-us/trails-bureau/grants/recreational-trails-program>). If you are not familiar with LWCF and RTP, this webinar will provide a good overview of each program as well as how to apply.
If you want to learn more about the RTP program specifically (the one that is most applicable for trail grants), you can review this<https://www.nhstateparks.org/getmedia/8417c10e-f268-489e-ada5-fac25a2d33c1/RTP_Information-Presentation.pdf> informational power point or attend an upcoming workshop in May. If you want to apply to the upcoming RTP grant round, you must attend at least one workshop. Exact dates for the workshop in May will be on our website by April.
