{"id":7426,"date":"2026-10-19T14:59:51","date_gmt":"2026-10-19T14:59:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nhrtc.org\/nhrtc-core\/?p=7426"},"modified":"2026-10-19T14:59:51","modified_gmt":"2026-10-19T14:59:51","slug":"beaver-deceiver","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nhrtc.org\/nhrtc-core\/beaver-deceiver\/","title":{"rendered":"Another Beaver Deceiver to the Rescue!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Good news: the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nhstateparks.org\/find-parks-trails\/recreational-rail-trails\/warren-recreational-rail-trail\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/www.nhstateparks.org\/find-parks-trails\/recreational-rail-trails\/warren-recreational-rail-trail\">Warren Rail Trail <\/a>has a new <a href=\"https:\/\/beaverdeceivers.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/beaverdeceivers.com\/\">Beaver Deceiver<\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0Frequent flooding and washouts had been a persistent problem, so Skip Lisle of Beaver Deceivers International was called in to see if he could help. And he could!<\/p>\n<p>This turned out to be one of Skip&#8217;s more complicated installations in New Hampshire, requiring the assistance of Mt. Moosilauke ATV Club President Tom Babbit and his excavator to remove boulders, mud, and branches deposited by industrious beavers that had blocked the culvert.<\/p>\n<p>The project was a wonderful collaboration between the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/groups\/310617192363345\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/groups\/310617192363345\/\"> Mt.
